Rosie- Case Study

(Photograph from website)

"14.2hh, 16yo, Skewbald Traditional Cob, mare
Good doer and will live out all year round
Excellent to handle in all ways and sociable with other mares
Available for a rehoming fee + membership costs
Rosie would be best suited to a home with all year round turnout, as this is what she currently enjoys and we find this best suits her. Rosie is good to catch, groom, lead, good with the farrier and vet but can be a little nervous of the dentist. Rosie has a kind temperament and mixes well with other mares.
Rosie does suffer with heel mites, like all heavily feathered horses of this type. Her prospective borrower would need to be willing to continue her veterinary treatment for this, which is a twice-yearly injection to keep them at bay."
